Mrs. Hobbs, a seventy-five-year-old woman in the hospital for long-standing abdominal discomfort, kept herself cheerful by flirting shamelessly with the male staff. During yet another round of tests, she said to a handsome young doctor, "I wonder, if you came up to my room and spent the night with me, would it help me recover?"
"It probably would," the doctor replied, "but I doubt your insurance would cover it."
